The Loitoktok Camp:
Otherwise affectionately known as 'Survivor Kenya' to us, was an explosion of activity that took place during the August holidays. It was organised by Outward Bound Trust at their training school. Warm up runs at the break of dawn, climbing sheer faces of rock(well...almost sheer!), abseiling... you name it, we did it! It was a once in a lifetime experience of break-neck fun! The Mid term Mania October A spectacular cascade of millions of gallons of water, beautiful white water rapids, sunshine to die for...these are but e few words to describe Savage Waters at Sagana. The breathtaking view of the waterfall, a raft ride down the river, a sumptuous and relaxing picnic filled those two days which were competitively rounded off wih a swimming gala.We also removed the cobwebs in our brains with some hours of study during the mid term break. The Lukenya Camp in November It was lots of fit and dusty fun! We had aerobics cum swimming gala after having climbed the dusty and rocky Lukenya Hills. The three day camp took place at the Lukenya Getaway in Athi River. The mind-blowing climax of the camp was the Red Party. We all stepped out in style dressed in red for an evening of sumptuous dining and tunes that would make anyone want to dance till they dropped!
